Olligy Foods is committed to deliver your order with quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.

Where do you ship?

We ship Pan India through our distribution partners.

What are shipping charges?

Standard Delivery is 100 Rs on orders up to Rs. 999, and Free Shipping on purchase of products worth 1000 Rs and above.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within the next working day of placing your order. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 10 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery may take longer than usual due to Covid Restrictions. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the shipping address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

What if the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a damaged condition, please call our customer care at 9835115115 or email us at olligyfoods@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. Please make sure that the original product label and packing is intact when you return the product to us.

How do I return my order?

To return your product, ship  your product to: 862/x2, 1^st Floor, New Colony, Haider Ali Road, Kokar, Ranchi, 834001, India.

Please note that the shipping cost for returns will not be borne by us and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How is my order shipped?

Your order will be handpicked from stock held in our warehouse. It will be carefully packed in a fully sanitized box to maintain your items in good condition.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your orders/ exchanged product to reach you may vary.
